Inspect for fluid leaks.Change oil and oil filter (if applicable)
Inspect and change air filter and clean housing
Clean engine cooling screen
Inspect fuel system and tank, change fuel filter, remove carburetor bowl and inspect for water and dirt, inspect fuel lines for dryness and rot and replace broken fuel line clamps.Replace spark plug and inspect spark plug boot and connections
Inspect tire pressure, tread wear, axle bushings and tracking of machine
Inspect frame and housing for damage and repair accordingly
Inspect and adjust skid shoes and shave plate for wear and replace accordingly
Inspect shear pins for correct application, rust/corrosion and replace
Inspect auger including gear box, shafts, rakes and impeller fan for damage
Grease fittings and Inspect drive system and lubricate
Inspect and set proper tension for belts and guides
Inspect operator controls including choke and throttle control
Inspect and adjust/replace cables as needed
Inspect electrical system and wiring and charge if applicable
Inspect for loose/missing hardware
Final Inspection: Test run machine. Check safety features. Recheck fluids. Wash and clean
